Problems Downloading or Printing Forms

The following is a list of problems and fixes we have encountered with downloading or printing our forms.  Technical support and more information for the Adobe Acrobat Reader can be found at Adobe's web site.

Problem:
When viewing a PDF file which fills an Microsoft Internet Explorer window, Microsoft Internet Explorer's print icon or File > Print... menu will not correctly print the PDF file.

Fix:
Use the Print icon on the Acrobat toolbar. This will open the Acrobat print dialog, which will allow the entire PDF file to be printed.
